Koala MFN Ship-Day - STORD

· auto-refreshes every 5 minutes

What this page shows: every Amazon merchant-fulfilled (MFN) order that is due to ship today, due tomorrow, or already past its required ship date, for orders assigned to STORD facilities. One card per warehouse; one row per order. STORD ships every order in by the 2:00 PM local cutoff the same day (weekdays outside Seller Central's default holiday calendar), even when Amazon allows until tomorrow: those rows show "today (Amazon: tomorrow)" and follow today's clocks. Other due-tomorrow rows are a heads-up for early picking; they are never marked AT RISK by today's cutoff. SHIPPED = confirmed shipped on Amazon, OPEN = still needs to ship today, LABEL ONLY = Buy Shipping label bought, so Amazon shows it shipped, but the warehouse has not shipped it yet, SYNCING = just placed on Amazon; the Shopify copy normally lands within about 40 minutes and the warehouse only receives the order after that (the row sits under the warehouse expected from the ship-to state and moves once Shopify tags it), OMS DOWN = the warehouse system did not answer this 5-minute pull, so the order could not be checked against it; it is never marked AT RISK on that alone and clears on the next pull, AT RISK = due today, past the facility's 3:00 PM local same-day SLA, and not yet ship-confirmed on Amazon - tracking can still be uploaded until 11:30 PM ET, so this is a warning, not a miss; also missing from Shopify or from the warehouse system past the 2:00 PM order cutoff, MISSED = in by an earlier day's 2:00 PM cutoff and still not shipped, even if Amazon still shows it due today, LATE = not ship-confirmed on Amazon by the 11:30 PM ET tracking deadline, or past its required ship date.

Reading the columns: the left columns are the Amazon order (ID, Seller Central status, required ship date); the middle columns are the Shopify order it maps to (order #, fulfillment status, tracking); the right-most OMS columns are the warehouse's own record for that order - did the warehouse receive it, what status is it in, and what tracking did it produce. Warehouse OMS columns: S1C (status, assigned facility, shipment tracking), or the tracking written back to Shopify when S1C is down. STORD facility cards are Koala's PREDICTED node (zip3 allocation map), not STORD's own assignment - STORD's allocation engine may route an order to a different node; the STORD portal is the assignment of record.
